- Professional development programs for all Law Clerks to enhance their expertise in the legal field.

- To provide support in the organization of various groups of Law Clerks.
- To provide legal assistance and to compensate the victims associated with the A.I.L.C.F.
- Advocacy and collaboration among all Organizations in Units, Districts, States, and National levels are essential to fulfil the collective needs of law clerks.
- The objective is to foster and support democratic discussions and the sharing of opinions and experiences within the organization regarding issues of mutual concern for all Law Clerks.
- To arrange the library for Law Clerks.
- To hold seminars and organize discussions regarding the profession of Law Clerks and various legal subjects, as well as to publish journals.
- To request that the solicitor's office enforce the provisions of the Employees State Insurance Act of 1948 and the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act of 1952, applicable in situations where more than 20 Law Clerks are employed.
- To ensure social security coverage for Law Clerks employed by Solicitor Firms, Barristers, and Advocates with a monthly contribution should be made to establish a Public Provident Fund in any recognized Bank or Post Office.
- To encourage the establishment of daily contributions to the charitable fund and to facilitate temporary loans for the members.
- To establish a fund that provides support to disabled members and the families of deceased members.
- To form alliances with other National and International Associations and Federations that share similar goals and objectives.
