The All India Law Clerks Federations (A.I.L.C.F) stands as the only ISO-Registered democratic organization representing Law Clerks, actively engaged in the legal and quasi-judicial sectors. It emphasizes the importance of 'class struggle' and focuses on fostering unity among all Law Clerks.

The Federations advocates for collective action among various Law Clerk Unions and Associations across different Courts, Tribunals, Land and Land Reforms Departments, Registration Departments, Motor Vehicles Departments and other Administrative and quasi-Judicial Authorities.

This united approach is deemed the most effective strategy for realizing the aspirations of Law Clerks. The primary objective of the Federations is to promote United Action, Unity, and Fraternity among all Law Clerks in India.
